By using Spots, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Spots is a travel discovery and trip planning app. We provide curated place recommendations, AI-powered itinerary generation, and community features. Content is provided "as is" — we do our best to keep information accurate but can't guarantee real-time accuracy of hours, prices, or availability.

Your content

When you submit spots, reviews, photos, or tips, you grant Spots a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app and on shared pages. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

Subscriptions

Spots offers free and paid tiers. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy.

Prohibited use

Don't use Spots to spam, harass, or post illegal content. Don't scrape data or reverse-engineer the app. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
